Week 5,6,7

Why do I deserve to do what I do? I don't. So then why am I so blessed? Because God is kind. Why is God so kind? Because that's who He is. That's why He made us. He is others-focused. He made us in His image not to be self-focused either. God is good which is why our purpose is to be good.

Read books. Put down your phone. Don't settle for a yucky feeling. Your phone will make you envy and lust, lower self-esteem and motivation, and distract you from what you want to prioritize.

Clear out your phone. Delete the unnecessary media, delete the games that take up time out of your day, and organize your phone to minimize the time you need to spend on it. Be in the moment. Someone once told me that only boring people get bored, and that motivated me to always fill my time with intentionality, which makes me feel productive.

I am going to start living my life believing that life is better when I have less money. As a missionary, I am only blessed by what others are willing to give me. I believe God will provide for what He wants for me and I shall not worry about whether I have enough. If I go broke, I will rejoice that God is calling me to live on the streets and share the gospel alongside the homeless right there with them :)

Why do I get to be overwhelmed with love by God, and some people don’t ever experience it? My eyes drool at His creation, and some people just look past it. I find confidence in what I know and how I share that with others, and some people still have no foundation on how they live their lives and no clear way of describing why they are here! GOD! YOU’RE HERE BECAUSE GOD! …and He only wants you to know that. The key to Heaven is just knowing that. It’s a simple key being dangled right in front of your face. Will you grab it and unlock the door that leads to Heaven on Earth?
